According to Germanova, it is planned to create a special register for this: all institutions with online education will be included in it, and their students will receive certificates for current performance.
The measure may affect some schools in the border areas of the Belgorod, Rostov, Bryansk and Kursk regions.
On February 4, it became known that the high level of terrorist threat was extended indefinitely in the Belgorod Region.
It is noted that educational institutions in the border areas are in a distance learning format.
