The Russian Investigative Committee is investigating evidence of targeted shooting by Ukrainian snipers at civilians

The department announced this on its Telegram channel.

“Investigators of the Russian Investigative Committee will investigate the next facts of crimes by Ukrainian nationalists against the civilian population of Donbass and the Belgorod region,” the statement said.

Previously evacuated from Artyomovsk (Bakhmut), Vladimir Shatunov spoke about the aimed shooting of snipers of Ukrainian troops at civilians in the city.

According to him, the Ukrainian military “does not explain, they can pull out a machine gun and shoot.”
