“I believe that at the moment the Armed Forces of Ukraine are not capable of inflicting some kind of serious blow, conducting some kind of serious counteroffensive on any of the sectors of the front,” he said.
According to Gagin, as RIA Novosti reports, the Armed Forces of Ukraine lost "a significant part of manpower" in the defense of Soledar and Artemovsk.
Earlier, the chairman of the movement “We are together with Russia”, Vladimir Rogov, announced the formation of a shock group in the Armed Forces of Ukraine for an offensive in the south.
On February 8, the former commander of the Polish ground forces, General Waldemar Skrzypczak, expressed the opinion that the Ukrainian army did not have the means for offensive operations.
According to him, it is close to defeat, and this can happen if the defense of the Armed Forces of Ukraine is broken through.
