China News Agency reporter: First of all, we congratulate you on your re-election to the National People's Congress in Hong Kong. How do you feel about your re-election?

Kuang Meiyun:

I really feel honored, and there is a long way to go.

I think this is our mission. We must not forget our original intention, do our work well, and serve the people earnestly. In Hong Kong, we must also play a good role as a bridge.

Now that "customs clearance" has resumed, Hong Kong and mainland people have very close exchanges. Everything is about to recover. Everyone should cherish every opportunity, seize the moment, and do things well.

China News Agency reporter: What suggestions have you prepared?

Kuang Meiyun:

I have always been concerned about education issues, education safety, cultural safety, rural revitalization, animal protection, etc.

We often talk about high-quality development now. I think this does not only refer to technology, but the most important thing is the high quality and high quality of people. We must have literacy, which also needs to start with education.

If our citizens are caring and educated, and if we work together, our country will definitely get better and better.

China News Agency reporter: You have been supporting education in the Mainland many years ago, including donating to build Hope Primary Schools. How do you view education?

Kuang Meiyun:

In order to develop in the new era, we must work together and work together. Education is very important.

Aiding the construction of a school is not only about the hardware, it is also important to have good teachers, a good principal, and a good school spirit. Everyone must cultivate our next generation with heart; students must understand the national conditions, love our country, and be moral, intellectual and physical Art and labor are developing in an all-round way, and there are many things to learn. We must inherit the excellent traditional Chinese culture.

Let me give you an example. Our calligraphy and traditional Chinese painting are all very beautiful. The cultures left to us by our ancestors are great. People from many countries learn our language and calligraphy.

I went to the school when I was helping the school in the Mainland. They said, "Can Principal Kuang sign it?" and gave me a writing brush. When I saw the writing brush, I didn't know how to use it.

Immediately after I returned to Hong Kong, I went to City University to study calligraphy. Now people ask me to sign, and I think I can do it. I also have a little calligraphy work. Although I can’t compare with those masters, I still feel very happy.

In our lives, if we can discover more small achievements, we will feel that life is really wonderful.

　　Hong Kong is a mix of East and West. I think our country’s excellent traditional culture is the strongest. China has already stood in the center of the world stage. We must cherish this position, understand our own culture, and must have confidence, belief, and faith.

China News Agency reporter: After the Spring Festival, the mainland and Hong Kong have fully resumed customs clearance. This is a great benefit for the construction of the Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area. What thoughts or suggestions do you have for the construction of the Greater Bay Area?

Kwong Meiyun:

We are all in the Greater Bay Area, with close geographical proximity and close ties. I am the president of the Hong Kong Zhuhai Community Association. Each city in the Greater Bay Area has its own characteristics and can complement each other. Therefore, we all work together and are struggling. Strive to be the vanguard of the national economic development.

　　Guangdong is focusing on high-quality development. In addition to technology and talents, high-quality development must also pay attention to packaging and publicity and branding.

I have ridden in a friend's domestic car in the Mainland, and I think it is very good and the price is good, so I am planning to buy a domestic car.

There are many beautiful products in our country, which have surpassed many countries. I think it is very good to use domestic products.

　　The Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area has played a key role in the construction of the entire country and Hong Kong, because we rely on our motherland and are connected to the world. Kwong Meiyun:

We have also witnessed history in the performance of our duties. We all work together as a bridge between Hong Kong and the mainland.

At the critical moment of Hong Kong's governance and prosperity, everyone must forge ahead and get things done.

Deputies to the National People's Congress must stick to their posts, tell stories about Hong Kong, the Bay Area, and China.
