He has previously been written in Umeå, Malmö and Ödeshög.

• He is a Swedish citizen and states in public documents that he has a background in Palestine.

• The man has previously been convicted of a crime:


- In 2009, he was convicted of gross violation of women's privacy by his wife by the Umeå district court.


- In 2012, he was sentenced for, among other things, illegal threats.


- In 2013, he was sentenced to forensic psychiatric care with a special discharge examination for arson and attempted serious assault.

• The man was placed in a forensic psychiatric institution in Vadstena between 2013 and 2019. In 2019, the closed care transitioned to outpatient care.

In 2022, the administrative court decided that forensic psychiatric care would end.

The risk of relapse into serious crime was then judged to be low.

• It appears from documents that the 56-year-old previously suffered from "severe mental disorder in the form of systematized delusions of a persecutory nature that have been judged to be of a psychotic nature."

• The man has four children.

According to a judgment at the Malmö district court, he completely lost custody in 2013.
