“At 07.00 Moscow time on Thursday, a message was received that a tourist from Tula, born in 1985, disappeared on Mount Elbrus,” the report says.
It is specified that the information came from the man's friends.
Five rescuers of the Elbrus high-mountainous PSO of the Russian Emergencies Ministry and one piece of equipment were involved in search and rescue operations.
Earlier it was reported that five tourists, including three children, did not return from a trip to the area of the Azhek ridge in Sochi.
