And the Palestinian News Agency (Wafa) reported that the occupation forces arrested 15 Palestinians, including 8 from occupied Jerusalem.

Today, the comprehensive strike took place in the governorate of Jericho and the Jordan Valley, mourning the soul of Mahmoud Hamdan (22 years old), who died of his wounds during the storming of the occupation forces, Wednesday, the Aqabat Jabr camp in the city.

Yesterday, a large force of the occupation army stormed Aqabat Jabr camp, south of Jericho, and surrounded a house.

And live bullets were fired at the Palestinians, wounding 3 young men.

The Palestinian Prisoners Club also reported that the occupation forces arrested 6 young men, including 4 brothers, during their raid into the camp.


A raid on a martyr's house

The occupation forces also raided, this morning, the house of the family of the martyr Muhammad Souf (18 years old) in the village of Haris, west of Salfit.

"Wafa" agency said that the occupation forces stormed the village and raided the house of the martyr Souf's family, and interrogated his family.

Souf was martyred in November 2022, by the occupation forces, northwest of Salfit.

Limited incursion into southern Gaza

Today, 9 Israeli military vehicles entered, in a limited manner, into Palestinian agricultural lands in the eastern border area, in the southern Gaza Strip.

Prisoners continue their "disobedience"

On the other hand, the prisoners in the occupation prisons continue, for the 17th day in a row, the steps of disobedience against the measures of the extremist Israeli Minister of National Security, Itamar Ben Gvir.

As part of their escalating and approved steps today, these prisoners returned meals, obstructed the so-called "security check" in "Nafha" prison, in addition to wearing the brown "Shabas".

The number of prisoners in the occupation prisons until the end of January is 4,780, including 29 female prisoners and 160 children.


Hawara village

Days after the settlers attacked Hawara, south of Nablus, the Israeli Finance Minister, Bezalel Smotrich, said on Wednesday evening that this Palestinian village should be "erased".

On the other hand, video clips showed that the occupation forces took civilians as human shields during their raid on Aqabat Jabr camp on Wednesday.

The pictures showed that the occupation forces arrested a man carrying a child next to a military vehicle around which the occupation soldiers gathered as they entered the camp.

For her part, Francesca Albanese, the United Nations special rapporteur on human rights in the Palestinian territories, said that she would investigate the incident of the occupation forces using human shields during the raid.


It is noteworthy that the number of Palestinian martyrs who have been killed by the occupation forces since the beginning of this year has risen to 67, including 4 who were shot by settlers, 13 children, and 4 elderly.

In the past year, 224 Palestinians, including 61 children, were killed by Israeli bullets.
