Teenagers planned to arrange a mass brawl involving 80 people, reports RIA Novosti.
“Police officers did not violate public order,” the statement said.
The Ministry of Internal Affairs added that eight teenagers were taken to police departments, and a preventive conversation was held with them.
Earlier it became known that in Moscow on February 24 and 25, more than 350 people were taken to police stations due to riots, of which 319 were teenagers.
