In addition, in the field hospital in Aleppo, specialists from the medical detachment of the Belarusian Armed Forces, together with Russian medical workers, continue to provide medical assistance to Syrian citizens affected by the earthquake.

Since February 17, 1,423 people have already received assistance.

On February 18, the Russian Defense Ministry announced that Russian servicemen in Syria had donated more than 2.5 tons of medicines to help hospitals in the city of Aleppo.
