Kroppefjälls IF is one of four clubs in Sweden participating in the project.

The association will be trained in women's health and how to adapt training to the players' menstrual cycle.

The association has several male coaches and it is common that the girls prefer to turn to a female coach, if, for example, they cannot participate in training or matches.

- It is easier to say to a female coach because she has been through it herself, says Josephine Reineling, player in Kroppefjälls IF's women's team.

Free period protection for the players

In addition to the training, there will be, among other things, free menstrual pads, easily available in the clubhouse.

- It feels good if you forget, or if your period comes without you knowing, so you don't have to worry, says Ambiyo Muumin, player in Kroppefjälls IF's women's team.

Ambassador for the project called "All days" is national team star Caroline Seger.
