Sanctions have been imposed on the Russian Ministry of Defense and the Foreign Intelligence Service, as well as credit institutions Alfa-Bank, Rosbank and Tinkoff Bank.

In addition, Tatyana Moskalkova, Commissioner for Human Rights in Russia, Valery Fadeev, head of the Human Rights Council, the Rossiya Segodnya media group and its executive director Kirill Vyshinsky, were also subject to restrictions.

Earlier, the EU adopted the tenth package of sanctions against Russia, the black list includes 121 individuals and legal entities, as well as 96 Russian organizations associated with the military-industrial complex.

The European Commission has calculated that the European Union, as part of anti-Russian sanctions packages, has imposed restrictions on 49% of its exports to Russia.
