Moskalkova: EU sanctions are a violation of the Universal Declaration of Human Rights

“As a human rights ombudsman in the Russian Federation, I was denied the right to personally convey our human rights position to the European ombudsmen,” Moskalkova said.

According to her, the humanitarian bridges built by the ombudsmen with great difficulty were burned "for the sake of the political situation."

She also added that the American and Western authorities are interested in the escalation of the conflict.

Earlier it became known that the European Union published the tenth package of anti-Russian sanctions.

It was also reported that the official representative of the Russian Foreign Ministry, Maria Zakharova, called the inclusion of the surgeon Leonid Roshal on the EU sanctions list as blasphemy.
