For his part, Al-Sobky confirmed the allocation of a huge budget for the work, in addition to the intention to contract with an American director to direct all the graphics scenes and visual and sound effects that are supposed to be presented at the highest level, and in an unprecedented manner in Arab cinema.

And the same news was shared by Fahmy with his fans on his Instagram page, through a video he presented with the voice of “Asfour”, who has the character “The Jujube Man”, even if he was supposed to start working on the movie after completing the scenario that sessions are being held regarding it at the present time.

Fahmy has finished filming the movie "Mr. X", in which he also collaborates with El Sobky, and co-stars Hana El Zahed, Aws Aws and Mahmoud Hafez, and it is scheduled to be released in theaters soon.

The only series of the trio

“The Jujube Man” is the only drama series co-written and co-starred by the trio “Chico, Hisham Maged and Fahmy” before their separation.

The work was directed by Shadi Ali, starring Merit, Intisar, Ahmed Fathi, Engy Wegdan, Bayoumi Fouad, Salah Abdullah, Youssef Eid.

The events of the series combined drama and fantasy, and revolved around Perm, who conducts many scientific experiments, and during one of them discovers a strange drug that turns everyone who takes it into a superhero.

Here, it was decided to use the naive young man, "Asfour", to try the formula, and then he could develop it and fully know its practical effects, and soon the duo would take advantage of those powers to fight crime and corruption before things got complicated between them, which is happening in conjunction with the presence of the policeman "Tayseer Fahmy" who crosses his path with Monday in a funny way, and the events follow.

The secret is in poor production

At the time of its making, the series enjoyed very poor production and very primitive graphic designs that appeared on the screen throughout the series, especially with regard to the show (fantasy) part, whether displaying the supernatural powers of the "super hero" or even the disastrous side effects of Haider's scientific experiments.

Although this is not in line with the nature of works that revolve around superheroes and depend mainly on technology and the powerful influences it has today, it was one of the most important factors in the success of the series and its uniqueness with a special character of comedy that no other work brought.

Therefore, as soon as the idea of the film was announced, many fans of the series began to express their concern - despite their happiness and enthusiasm, and they have repeatedly demanded a second part of "Spider-Man" - and their expectation of the failure of the film as long as it will resort to "graphics" and real and ingenious technology, The work will soon lose its showy, naive character, and hence its unconventional sense of comedy.

This is in addition to the fear that the writing will not be at the same level, because the series was co-authored by the trio.

But now, after they have been reunited, the matter will be different, especially since those who follow the fate of the trio will find that Chico and Majed presented together more successful and popular dramatic and cinematic experiences than what Fahmy presented alone, which threatens and hinders the success of the work from the beginning.

This increases the burden of the task on the shoulders of the film team, and it is imperative for him to be careful and smart in the way he will deal with the plot, if he wants not to lose the wide audience of the series and ensure high profits, especially if the producer intends to present multiple parts in the future and convert "Spider-Man" to a series of films no less entertaining than "Spider-Man".

His secret

It is noteworthy that the actor Fahmy will run the Ramadan race through the series "Sarah Al-Batea", in which director Khaled Youssef returns to art after an absence, noting that this is his first directing in the field of television drama.

The work is based on the story "The Great Secret" by the late writer Youssef Idris, and it belongs to the category of historical drama, as its events date back to the era of the French campaign and the spirit of revolution and rebellion among the Egyptians at that time.

As for the tournament, a variety of Arab artists of different nationalities will participate in it, including Hussein Fahmy, Ahmed Abdel Aziz, Hanan Mutawa, Ahmed Salah Al Saadani, Khaled Anwar, Hala Sidqi, Naglaa Badr, Nada Musa, Shams Al Kuwaiti, Jordanian actor Nidal Najm and others.
