On August 12, the Skopinsky District Court of the Ryazan Region chose a preventive measure in the form of house arrest against Viktor Mokhov, who is suspected of covering up the murder.
In September, Mokhov was transferred to a pre-trial detention center due to his failure to comply with the conditions of house arrest in a criminal case of concealing a murder.
