As the expert said, all credit organizations closely monitor the behavior of their customers, as this is necessary to prevent fraudulent activities and to comply with Russian tax legislation.

According to her, the list of suspicious activities includes, among other things, more than 30 transactions per day carried out by clients, transactions for crediting non-cash funds between individuals in the amount of more than 100 thousand rubles per day or 1 million rubles per month, less than a minute between the crediting of funds and their write-off, the absence of payments in favor of legal entities that provide life support (payment for utilities, communication services, goods).

At the same time, as the expert emphasized, the client most often risks falling under blocking or proceedings with the bank in cases when he collects “bingo” from these signs.

“Therefore, for the fact that you do not pay from your card for electricity and gas, punitive sanctions will not be applied.

Also, according to Federal Law No. 115, banks are required to check all transactions, the amount of which exceeds 600 thousand rubles or the same amount in another currency, ”she warned.

If your account has large amounts received or debited, the bank may well slow down the transaction for two days for proceedings and request documents confirming the economic feasibility of such an operation.

“For example, it could be a contract of sale.

Therefore, if you expect or are going to transfer a large amount yourself, write to support about it, warn them in advance, indicate the reason and take care of supporting documents in advance if the bank still has questions, ”advised the specialist.

In addition, the financial security service also pays attention to other criteria: withdrawing several large amounts in a row to different accounts, transferring money to recipients who have previously compromised themselves with dubious transactions with the bank, confusing, meaningless operations like quick credits and debits.

“In all these cases, the bank may impose a block on the transaction for litigation.

And if it is not possible to justify the economic feasibility, it may completely terminate the service agreement and ask to withdraw all funds from the account.

Do not refuse to provide supporting documents to the bank, if possible, warn about upcoming transactions that may seem doubtful.

And use your card for its intended purpose: pay for goods and services, subscriptions to digital services, withdraw cash, ”the RT interlocutor concluded.

Earlier it was reported that Sberbank plans to launch a service in May that involves the return of funds to customers that were transferred to the accounts of alleged fraudsters.
