We want Russia to leave Ukraine,” Nuland answered the question of whether she allows the start of a third world war.

Earlier, Nuland said that the United States was ready to start negotiations with Russia on START issues tomorrow.

State Department spokesman Ned Price said the US was skeptical of China's proposed peace plan for Ukraine.

According to him, Washington does not believe that Beijing's initiative can play a constructive role.
