This was announced by Lieutenant Colonel of the People's Militia of the LPR, retired Andrey Marochko.

“In the red zone, that is, at the forefront, it is ordered to increase the number of personnel at observation posts and strongholds,” TASS quoted him as saying.

Marochko said that the command of the Armed Forces of Ukraine banned leave and vacations.

Earlier, Marochko said that part of the Ukrainian military was deserting from positions near the city of Kremennaya in the LPR in connection with the onset of Russian forces.

The publication Politico reported that the Ukrainian military said that their colleagues, due to a lack of people and ammunition, sometimes leave their positions in order to avoid "senseless death."
