All localities actively support Taiwanese enterprises to apply for the establishment of high-tech enterprises and enjoy the same preferential tax policies. There are more than 1,400 high-tech Taiwanese enterprises in Guangdong and Jiangsu provinces.

In 2022, Taiwanese companies investing more than US$10 million in Guangdong will enjoy more than RMB 4.7 billion in reductions and exemptions such as value-added tax credits and refunds. Supported by special funds for transformation and upgrading, 26 Taiwanese companies have been certified as provincial enterprise technology centers, and 848 Taiwanese companies have been included in the list of small and medium-sized scientific and technological enterprises in the province.

It provides efficient services such as increasing credit lines, reducing loan interest rates, and simplifying business procedures for Taiwan businessmen and Taiwan compatriots holding certificates. As of the end of January this year, certificates have been issued to 373 Taiwan compatriots and 233 Taiwan enterprises, and a total of 13.969 billion yuan in credit has been provided.

Zhejiang, together with local financial institutions, has issued exclusive Tairong Card credit cards for Taiwan compatriots. By the end of 2022, a total of 3,353 credit cards have been issued, with a total credit amount of 55.62 million yuan.

In 2022, Jiangsu Credit Insurance will provide more than 30 Taiwanese companies with financing and credit enhancement with an amount of more than 3 billion yuan.
