The enemy fired from artillery of 122, 152 and 155 mm caliber, 120 mm mortars and multiple launch rocket systems.
A total of 258 rounds of ammunition were fired.
Donetsk, Gorlovka, Mayorsk, Pervomaiskaya, Makeevka and other settlements of the republic were under fire.
One person died as a result of the shelling.
Eight houses were damaged.
Marochko on the situation on the line of contact
Retired LPR Lieutenant Colonel Andrei Marochko said that a Ukrainian nationalist unit had been deployed to the Artyomovsk region.
Referring to his own sources, he said that the militants of the Aidar unit * were sent to unblock the communication routes between the settlements of Artyomovsk and Chasov Yar.
“Their tasks also include holding positions and preventing the flight of military personnel from among the mobilized citizens,” Marochko wrote on Telegram.

Russian artillerymen destroyed a Gvozdika howitzer with ammunition in the Kherson region, TASS reported citing a representative of emergency services.

Restoration of social facilities in the LPR
Acting head of the LPR Leonid Pasechnik said that in 2023 the republic plans to restore more than 1.7 thousand social facilities.
Among these objects are about 550 multi-apartment residential buildings and more than 250 social facilities.
“And this plan is not final.
As the projects are coordinated, it will be expanded and supplemented.
The repair of the roadbed on the territory of the republic will also continue,” Pasechnik said in an interview with TASS.
According to him, in 2022 in the LPR, in coordination with the Ministry of Construction of the Russian Federation and the regions that took patronage over the cities and regions of the republic, 1.75 thousand objects were restored, among which more than 300 were of socio-cultural significance.
In addition, more than 500 km of roads have been repaired.
“Despite the incessant shelling of nationalists, large-scale restoration work is underway in the republic.
