Children's Ombudsman of Tatarstan Volynets explained the importance of Putin's statements about maternity capital

Commenting on the president's proposal to provide materiel in the new regions of Russia, Volynets stressed that this is a fair, correct initiative that will allow citizens of the new regions "to feel like full members of our family."

“This important, concrete support will now be received by millions of families who will fully feel part of a great united people,” she said.

The Children's Ombudsman of Tatarstan also drew attention to Putin's statement about the need to "protect children from degradation and degeneration."

“This is the most important signal to everyone, indicating the need to strengthen our attention to the protection of children and youth from destructive ideology imposed from outside, the introduction of legislative initiatives necessary to implement the theses of the President's message.

The president gave such a full assessment of the true picture of the new moral norms of the so-called civilized countries and stressed that we will not allow these norms in our country, ”the RT interlocutor added.

According to her, one of the main decisions of the president was the establishment of a state fund to support NWO participants and their families.

“Moreover, he instructed to do this immediately, to open branches of the fund in all regions of Russia on the principle of one-stop shop without bureaucracy and delays, assigning a social worker, coordinator to each member of the NWO, to instantly resolve all emerging issues.

At the same time, the obligation to help the military is not removed from other relevant departments.

This is a very important step that will seriously support the participants of the NWO and their families.

The families of those killed in the NMD, their children, will also be under the protection and care of the state,” Volynets said.

Putin paid special attention to the housing issue in relation to representatives of socially important professions and young scientists, proposing to launch a program of rental housing and housing certificates.

“I think this is the right decision, because it is the housing issue that is the key factor in deciding whether to have a child,” she concluded.

The President proposed to provide maternity capital in the Donetsk and Lugansk People's Republics, Zaporozhye and Kherson regions to families in which children were born since 2007.
