Earlier, the press secretary of the Russian president, Dmitry Peskov, stressed that Russia was not initially pessimistic about the Minsk agreements.
He also noted that the negotiations on the Minsk agreements turned out to be just a camouflage to prepare Kyiv for a forceful solution to the problem of Donbass in Ukraine.
The Kremlin previously emphasized that the decision to launch a special military operation was the right one.
