The parties agreed in the Tidö Agreement on a new wage floor as a condition for labor immigration.

In order to come to Sweden and work, you must earn at least SEK 33,200 a month, according to the agreement.

As recently as a week ago, Labor Market Minister Johan Pehrson (L) stated that negotiations on labor immigration are stalling.

L has wanted to introduce exceptions for, among other things, healthcare workers and forest workers, but SD has reportedly opposed it.

The press conference will be attended by Minister of Migration Maria Malmer Stenergard (M), Johan Pehrson (L) mentioned above and SD's migration policy spokesperson Ludvig Aspling.
