Sascha Lango Holmgren studies the nature programme.

When the students are in their third year, those who want to start their own youth company get to.

Something that Sascha did.

She says that she thought about what she would earn money on and what the Arjeplogars would like:

- And then I thought: 'Yes, but many people like to cook'.

So then I felt that I am making a cookbook.

She calls the cookbook "A taste of Arjeplog".

She got the recipes from Arjeplogera and she says that she has selected recipes that she thought people would like.

She herself prefers perch fillet

Sascha first printed 200 books, but she sold them out quite quickly.

She printed another 100 books and she sold them just as quickly.

Among the last 50 books that were printed, there are still about ten books left, she says.

When asked what her own favorite fishing recipe is, she surprisingly answers perch fillet, and not some recipe with mountain trout.

But Sascha tells us that she eats so much of them.

They have a cabin in Gavas, in the Arjeplogsfjällen.

But in the book she also has some more special recipes:

- A fun recipe in my book is Nåttianske rip-piråger deluxe.

This recipe is written on Arjeplogs target.

There is even a glossary for those who do not know the language, she says.

And it might be needed for those who can't say straight away what "he", "set", "vah" and "hä" mean.
