As Nilov explained, in many families where there are mobilized people, there are vehicles.

“There are families where the car is simply idle, and the family has children, and a mother or eldest son who are ready to learn how to drive it, and this is a rather expensive procedure.

In this regard, a proposal was made that our Voluntary Society for Assistance to the Army, Aviation and Navy of Russia, whose powers are regulated by a government decree, is able to take over the organization of the process, ”the deputy explained.

As the parliamentarian emphasized, there is a demand in society for the implementation of such a proposal.

He also noted that this initiative will be an additional measure to support families in the framework of partial mobilization.

Earlier it became known that the Deputy Chairman of the State Duma Sholban Kara-ool and the chairmen of the Duma committees Yaroslav Nilov and Alexei Didenko propose to give the Voluntary Society for Assistance to the Army, Aviation and Navy of Russia (DOSAAF of Russia) the function of teaching driving for free to family members called up for military service for mobilization if they have a car.
