In order to enhance child-rearing support, the Constitutional Democratic Party plans to compile a bill to abolish income restrictions on child allowances and submit it to the Diet next week in collaboration with the Japan Restoration Party.

The current child allowance is a system that pays 10,000 to 15,000 yen per person per month to households with children up to junior high school students, but households with income above a certain level receive 5,000 yen per month in the form of "special benefits". It may be reduced to yen, or it may not be paid.

In the bill compiled by the Constitutional Democratic Party of Japan at the meeting of the "next Cabinet", regardless of family circumstances, in order to ensure that child-rearing support is provided throughout society, income restrictions on child allowances and "special benefits" will be abolished. I expect to pay.

With the abolition, additional expenses are expected to be about 100 billion yen per year, and households that are not paid now will receive four months from February to May in June this year at the earliest. I am going to pay

In addition, the bill also

includes revisions to income limits

, such as ▽ child-rearing allowances for single-parent households,

▽ allowances for children with disabilities,

and

▽ free high school tuition.

I've included a clause for consideration.

The Constitutional Democratic Party plans to submit this bill to the Diet next week, jointly with the Japan Restoration Party, and plans to call on other parties.
