Pierre Palmade assured this Tuesday, February 14 to be "

ashamed

" after the road accident he caused on Friday, causing three serious injuries.

An investigation has been opened for homicide and involuntary injuries while the French comedian was driving under the influence of cocaine.

The family of the victims remains insensitive to the apologies of Pierre Palmade.

Through the voice of his sister, the latter assured that he was "

ashamed

" after

the road accident

he caused on Friday, causing three serious injuries.

"

He wakes up little by little and realizes the horror of what happened, of what he caused

," said Hélène Palmade, who was able to see him in hospital.

"

He will assume all the consequences of his actions with the terrible awareness that he will never be able to repair the harm he has done

," she said in a statement.

Shortly after these first statements, the victims and their relatives replied that they were "

insensitive to the apologies presented

", through the voice of their lawyer Mourad Battikh, during a press conference in Paris.

Vital prognosis committed for three victims

The vital prognosis of Pierre Palmade being still engaged, he has still not been heard by the investigators, the doctors having not yet given the green light.

His testimony will be essential to understand the events that led to this accident, which took place in the Paris region.

The French comedian lost control of his car on a departmental road and hit a car coming in front. 

The driver's toxicological analysis revealed that he had consumed cocaine before driving.

An investigation was opened for homicide and involuntary injuries resulting in total incapacity for work for more than three months, by driver under the influence of narcotics.

The toll of the disaster is heavy with three seriously injured.

In addition to Pierre Palmade, three people were seriously injured, including a 6-year-old child and a 27-year-old pregnant woman who lost her baby.

The vital prognosis of these three people was still engaged on Tuesday, according to a source familiar with the matter.
