17-year-old Muhammed was found in the racial masses in Turkish Kahramanmaras on Tuesday morning.

Video footage from Reuters shows him being carried by emergency services on a stretcher into an ambulance.

His older brother, 21-year-old Baki was also rescued and taken to hospital, reports CNN Türk.

Their state of health is unclear.

In the Adiyman province in southern Turkey, an 18-year-old man was also found alive during the riots.

But the number of miracle stories seems to be decreasing - eight days have now passed since the earthquake.

Over 37,000 people have died and millions are homeless and in need of humanitarian assistance.
