Gagin also noted that Russian troops are approaching the opportunity to “reach out” to the Chasov Yar-Artyomovsk road.
The adviser to the acting head of the DPR explained that the blocking of this route would allow stopping the supply of Ukrainian troops.
The Russian Ministry of Defense previously confirmed the liberation of the settlement of Krasnaya Gora in the DPR north of Artyomovsk.
Prior to this, the acting head of the DPR, Denis Pushilin, noted that the fighters of the Wagner group entrenched themselves in the northern part of Artyomovsk, and three of the four supply routes for the Armed Forces of Ukraine were also cut there.
