“We have completed the repair of the runway at the Hatay airport, today it has been re-commissioned,” the minister wrote.
It is specified that the opened airport will facilitate the process of providing the residents of Hatay province with humanitarian aid.
Earlier, Turkish Vice President Fuat Oktay said the death toll from the earthquakes in Turkey had risen to 24,617.
