The answers showed, among other things, that four out of ten doctors in Norrbotten find it difficult to take a break and half do not have time to complete their administrative tasks.
Two out of ten also stated that they do not have time for direct patient work.
She believes that it is difficult to fulfill the care guarantee when there are not enough people who can receive patients.
Risk of doctors quitting

The risk of sick leave increases significantly and some choose to leave the profession.
