“The head of the Investigative Committee of the Russian Federation has been charged under two articles of the Criminal Code of Ukraine,” the Ukrainian special services said in a statement.
The head of the Russian Investigative Committee is accused of allegedly deliberately taking actions to change Ukrainian borders, and also justifying Russia's actions on the territory of Ukraine.
