Earlier it became known that the deputies from the Liberal Democratic Party intend on Friday, February 10, to submit to the State Duma a bill on free parking for the disabled in paid parking lots at social facilities for three hours.

An explanatory note to the document was published by a member of the LDPR faction, chairman of the State Duma Committee on Labor, Social Policy and Veterans Affairs Yaroslav Nilov.
