On the night of October 30 last year, a car was blown up in a residential area in Laröd in Helsingborg.

Car parts flew 50 meters and the explosion was heard several kilometers away.

After searching the house, the police arrested one person, a man in his 20s, who was arrested the following day.

On Monday, another person was arrested, a 16-year-old boy, who has now been detained on probable cause on suspicion of attempted murder and gross public danger, something Helsingborgs Dagblad was the first to report.

- Good police work has led to this since it happened in October, says Cathrine Bengtsson, prosecutor.

More people have been heard

Previously, the man in his 20s was suspected of aiding and abetting the crime, but that has now changed.

- It was aiding and abetting from the beginning, but he is now also suspected as the perpetrator, they are in custody for the same criminal suspicions, says Cathrine Bengtsson.

Are there more suspects?

- There have been more people interrogated, but there are no more people deprived of their liberty, I will not comment more than that, says

Both suspected perpetrators deny the crime.

Last year, SVT Nyheter Helsingborg met the entrepreneur who was the victim of the bombing - hear him tell about it in the clip below:

A gate pillar saved the entrepreneur's life when he came home after work and was exposed to a bomb attack.

In the video, he talks about the two bombings he has been subjected to.
