It is noted that the Ukrainian servicemen were armed and threatened the victim to shoot him if he did not return the backpack.

“Forcibly they took away from the applicant a backpack with personal belongings and cash in the amount of 200 thousand hryvnias,” the report says.

The victim asked to take measures to search for two fighters of the Armed Forces of Ukraine.
