“On February 8 ... information was received about armed bandits hiding on the Petrovsky farm of the Soviet urban district, who intended to commit a terrorist attack at one of the railway stations,” RIA Novosti reports.

It is noted that a decision was made to conduct a counter-terrorist operation.

In its course, the bandits were asked to lay down their arms, in response they opened fire and were neutralized.

Earlier it became known that the regime of the counter-terrorist operation was introduced within the borders of the Petrovsky farm in the Stavropol Territory.
