“Rostov region, the city of Novoshakhtinsk, Khmelnitsky street, 9, at 10:24 Moscow time, a fire was reported,” the message says.

It is noted that 42 people and 13 pieces of equipment are involved in the elimination of the fire.

Earlier, a fire broke out at the refinery in Kstovo in the Nizhny Novgorod region.

An explosion was also reported at the plant of the Moliren company in the town of Roshal near Moscow.
