Earlier, the head of the Office of Emergency Situations, Yunus Sezer, said that the death toll from the earthquake in southeastern Turkey had risen to 2,921.

It also became known that rescuers from Russia, who arrived in Turkey to help in the aftermath of the earthquake, are sent to one of the most affected areas of the country - Kahramanmarash.
