Likhachev recalled that in Kyiv, at the legislative level, decisions were made to terminate cooperation and supplies of nuclear fuel, and also nationalized some of the assets of Rosatom and stopped the operation of enterprises.
In addition, he drew attention to the fact that Kyiv, after the start of the Russian military defense, kept Rosatom employees who accompanied nuclear fuel for the Rovno nuclear power plant.
