“The families of the dead, injured and lost their homes will be provided with material support,” the press service quoted Dyumin as saying.

In addition, a headquarters was set up in the region to deal with the consequences of the incident.

Earlier, the head of the Main Directorate of the Ministry of Emergency Situations for the Tula Region, Alexei Pavlov, said that seven people had been rescued, four remained under the rubble after the emergency in Efremov.

The Ministry of Emergency Situations also reported four dead.
