Evstigneeva said that the world is currently experiencing "a deep systemic crisis, the key causes of which are well known."

“They are connected with the desire of a number of states to maintain a unipolar world order with all their might and prevent the formation of a new fair system of international relations,” RIA Novosti quotes her. 

Evstigneeva explained that individual players are trying to conduct a dialogue from a position of superiority.

Earlier, Chinese Foreign Minister Wang Yi, at a meeting with Russian Ambassador to China Igor Morgulov, said that the Chinese and Russian sides do not recognize unipolar hegemony.

Russian leader Vladimir Putin noted that the movement towards multipolarity has become the main vector of international politics.
