This announcement on the website of the Association Syndicale Professionnelle Administrateur Judiciaire, identified by the media specialist in distribution LSA, sets the deadline for submitting takeover offers to March 10, 2023 at 2 p.m.

It covers all the activities of the group which had been taken over in 2021 by the Bordeaux businessman Michel Ohayon, and whose financial situation alerted its employees at the end of 2022.

The Grenoble commercial court subsequently placed in receivership, on January 19 and February 2 respectively, the parent company Groupe Go Sport, which brings together the activities of the distributor's headquarters as well as 46 stores "in master franchise abroad ", according to the official announcement, and Go Sport France, which brings together "82 integrated stores, 87 franchise stores (Go Sport and Endurance Shop)" as well as online sales.

In terms of sales, the Go Sport Group weighs just over 7 million in turnover for the year 2021, and Go Sport France just over 350 million euros, again according to the announcement published on the site. ASPAJ, a professional association bringing together 80% of the 120 court administrators working in France.

The two entities have respectively "about 250 employees" and "about 1,900 employees".

The Gap France brand is also affected by any takeover offers.

Also part of the galaxy of brands taken over by Michel Ohayon, bought for a symbolic euro in 2021, it is at the heart of the questions of Go Sport employees.

The latter wondered about an increase of some 36 million euros from their brand to Hermione People & Brands (HPB), the entity through which Michel Ohayon controls the retail brands he bought.

HPB for its part announced in mid-January "the acquisition of Gap France by Go Sport" for an amount of 38 million.

"Financial transfers between a parent company and its daughters are legal, everything was done within the framework of the law", assured in an interview with Challenges at the end of January Michel Ohayon.

HPB says it has appealed the decision concerning Groupe Go Sport, contesting that it is in "cessation of payments".

The situation of the company is also the subject of an investigation for "abuse of social property" after "the auditors have transmitted several revelations of criminal facts", according to the terms of the Grenoble prosecutor's office.
