The Foreign Ministry also noted that Venezuela is committed to the values ​​of the UN Charter and peaceful diplomacy, and therefore rejects the US attack on the Chinese balloon.

Earlier, Venezuelan President Nicolas Maduro announced his readiness to normalize diplomatic relations with the United States.
