He noted that the nuclear powers, in fact, must renounce any use of nuclear weapons.
According to him, the "tactical" use of nuclear weapons is absurd.
Earlier, former US President Donald Trump said that after the West supplies tanks to the Kyiv regime, the armed conflict could reach nuclear strikes.
