This, as RIA Novosti writes, was reported by the LETA agency with reference to the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the republic.
“The security services of Latvia are assessing whether there are grounds for depriving Russian billionaire Petr Aven of citizenship,” the report says.
Earlier, Aven spoke about the difficulties he faced after the introduction of personal sanctions in Western countries.
He also stated that the sanctions imposed on him cannot affect the policy pursued by Russia.
