Putin and Lukashenko discussed bilateral relations of the countries

“We discussed a common agenda for cooperation in the economy, politics, and security issues.

In particular, they talked about further actions within the framework of the Union State to ensure the security of Belarus and Russia, ”the Pool of the First Telegram channel, close to the presidential press service, reports. 

The leaders of the states also agreed to set a date for the meeting in the near future.

Earlier it became known that Putin and Lukashenko had a telephone conversation.

Belarusian Prime Minister Roman Golovchenko stressed that the sanctions imposed by Western countries against Russia and Belarus have led to the strengthening of integration processes within the Eurasian Economic Union (EAEU).
