According to the participants of the organization, the law will have a negative impact on the protection of the rights of the military, and will also lead to a decrease in motivation during the service.
“Its adoption can carry risks both for the protection of human rights and for the defense capability of the state,” the organization stressed.
Volodymyr Zelenskyy signed the law on toughening the responsibility of the military on January 25.
