A branch of the organization "World Russian People's Council" was established in the DPR

This was announced by the Acting Head of the Republic Denis Pushilin.

He recalled that in October 2022, the authorities of the DPR asked Patriarch Kirill to bless the creation in the DPR of a regional branch of the international public organization World Russian People's Council.

“And so we had a constituent assembly,” he wrote on Telegram.
