Medical sources reported that 4 Palestinians were injured, two of them seriously, today, Saturday, during clashes with the Israeli occupation forces in Aqabat Jaber camp in Jericho in the West Bank.

Jericho Hospital said that two were wounded in the head and abdomen after the Israeli occupation soldiers opened fire inside the camp, which was raided for the second time within 24 hours.

An Israeli force stormed the Aqabat Jabr camp at dawn today, in search of what the occupation describes as wanted, which led to the outbreak of armed clashes.

Eyewitnesses reported that the occupation forces stormed Al-Maqayta neighborhood in the camp and surrounded a house, amid hearing armed clashes taking place in its vicinity.

Activists reported that the Israeli forces arrested 3 Palestinians from one family after surrounding the house.

Mosque loudspeakers in the camp called on citizens to stand up to the occupation forces.

This is the second time within 24 hours that the Israeli army stormed Aqabat Jaber camp to pursue Palestinians it seeks to arrest.

A week ago, the occupation forces imposed a military siege on Ariha, and they set up checkpoints at all its exits in the context of searching for the perpetrator of an armed attack at a restaurant near the Al-Moog settlement, south of the city, without causing any injuries.

In addition to Jericho, on Friday, the Israeli army carried out incursions in Hebron, Jenin and Tulkarem, and arrested 8 Palestinians. The incursions included armed clashes between Palestinians and Israeli forces.

Jericho mosques call for blood donations in light of the intensification of the Israeli military campaign against Aqabat Jaber camp.

A martyr in Nablus

Yesterday, Friday, Abdullah Qalalwa, 26, from the village of Al-Jadida, south of Jenin, was killed by the Israeli occupation army near the Hawara checkpoint, south of Nablus in the northern West Bank.

Israeli media said that the Israeli army shot a young man who tried to "steal a weapon from a soldier" at a checkpoint at the entrance to Nablus.

In parallel, 3 Palestinians were injured and dozens suffocated, in clashes with the Israeli army in separate areas of the West Bank.

According to local and medical sources, the occupation army used metal bullets and tear gas to disperse weekly marches, some of which are anti-settlement.
