“Today, in the course of another exchange with the Ukrainian side, 63 Russian servicemen were released.

12 are our countrymen, fighters of the Luhansk People's Republic," she said.

Earlier, the Russian Defense Ministry reported that as a result of a complex negotiation process, 63 Russian soldiers were returned from the territory of Ukraine controlled by the Kyiv regime.
