At the same time, the trade union of healthcare workers in Russia noted that the shortage of specialists could be up to 30%, causing an increased burden on working doctors, Sukharev noted.

“In order to support medical workers and reduce the shortage of medical personnel, I ask you to instruct to consider the possibility of introducing a multiplying coefficient of ¼ of the amount when registering maternity capital by families in which one or both parents work in the public health system,” the appeal says. .
